Content | International researchers in Germany may feel like they are all alone with a wide range of interdisciplinary questions. Questions you might be asking yourself could be: What is expected of me? What are my options in the German academic system? How am I supposed to interact with my supervisor? How can I connect to my German-speaking colleagues? This is where the peer coaching programme comes in: A small number of international researchers from all disciplines are brought together and can exchange ideas on topics that are currently on their minds and support each other over the course of several sessions. The sessions are accompanied by colleagues from the Academic Career Development Office, who are on hand to offer advice and support. The topics discussed in the individual sessions can be introduced by the participants themselves and the meetings can be organised according to their needs. |

Registration Deadline | 2 weeks before the start of the event. On the day of the registration deadline we decide on the basis of the registrations whether an event can take place or not. Therefore, please register promptly if you are interested! The more registrations we receive, the more certain we can hold the event. Of course, you can still register after the registration deadline if there are still places available. |
