Paderborn University has been a member of the state programme "Reconciling work and care in NRW" since April 2023.
The state programme currently offers an information series for employees on the topic of work and care. Four topics are offered on two different dates each, which UPB employees can attend free of charge.
These presentations offer a comprehensive insight into the topic of work and care and show what financial, legal and organisational support is available.
